Heat Pumps have the ability to economically heat your pool water year around to 88 degrees. “Is the pool heated?” is the most often heard question we receive on booking inquires, second to only “how far is the beach?” Advertising a heated pool year around is a proven way to increase bookings, raise nightly rates, and increase profits, especially in the off season!
Workspace Package:
More and more guests are looking for vacation homes that have a high speed internet and workstation to conduct business or distance learning. We can install, at Zero Upfront Costs, a small desk and workstation in your rental to accommodate travelers who are now working remotely from home. This has in recent months become an essential amenity for travelers.
Media Entertainment Upgrade Package:
We upgrade all your older and smaller Televisions to larger LCD High-Definition Smart Televisions at Zero Upfront Costs. We also use wall mounting options to increase the viewing angle and update the look of the room. Wall mounting can also reduce clutter and provide guests with a more spacious seating area. If some areas in your home are not wired for cable, we can use Roku* technology to connect your new Smart Televisions to your Wi-Fi network. We also can install an Outdoor Television if you have a suitable outdoor space.
Outdoor Furniture Upgrade Package:
Our interior decorator will transform your outdoor area with new updated patio furniture. Many guests vacation in Hilton Head to enjoy the outdoors and are looking for outdoor spaces for entertainment. A modern and inviting outdoor space addition to your property is an excellent way to get your property noticed on booking platforms.
Home Decor Upgrade Package:
Our Interior Decorator can update your homes Decor with an attractive modern beach theme to attract more guests. A picture is worth a thousand words, and well appointed and attractive homes get noticed more online than homes with outdated or little Decor. You can choose from 4 different levels of Decor upgrades. Our interior decorator will make a recommendation after an assessment of your property.
