1. Your infrastructure (team) that supports the maintenance of the home is second to none. Your rolodex of subcontractors who provide great craftsmanship, repairs, at a cost-effective rate is wonderful.
2. Your ability to source furniture to replace damaged or furnishings that no longer work in the space at a cost-effective price was very helpful.
3. Having my primary residence outside of SC, communication about my home on the island was critical. Thank you for being wonderful communicators.
4. Your inspection of my home and staying in close communication with the guests (boots on the ground) provided me peace.
5. As owners, I appreciate you two staying on top of the local politics and policies that govern vacation rentals.
